Asp acquires Dale Fabrikker

We are excited to share that Asp has acquired the historic Dale Fabrikker site located 60 minutes north of Bergen, Norway, marking a major step in our expansion across the Nordic region. The property includes 48,500 m² of buildings and 733 decares of land, providing a strong foundation for a new, sustainable data center.

Short summary

Asp has acquired the Dale Fabrikker site north of Bergen, with 48,500 m² of buildings and 733 decares of land, for a data center starting at 20 MW and scaling towards 300 MW.

The site offers access to renewable hydropower, an initial 20 MW capacity, and potential to expand upto 300 MW in the long term. The project represents an investment of over NOK 1 billion and is expected to create around 40 permanent jobs in Dale.
