White Space

Move your racks into a hall that is already built, powered and cooled. Security, carrier access and operations are in place from day one, run by the team that runs the rest of the site.

Lay out the hall however your hardware needs it. The space is yours alone, and the facility underneath it runs on hydropower with free cooling from seawater, river water and cold air.

Take capacity in blocks on contracts of ten to fifteen years, the same terms our largest tenants sign. That is what lets us commit the power and cooling for the life of the equipment you install.

Built-to-Suit

Get a facility designed to your specification, not ours. Power density, Tier level, cooling and resilience all follow your drawing, on land where the grid connection is already secured.

Hand us the build and we run it for you afterwards, on the same long-term contracts we hold with the hyperscalers and neoclouds already in our sites.

Ownership and operating model are agreed before construction starts, so there is no gap between a facility being finished and it being run properly.
