Every site runs on hydropower from Norwegian and Finnish grids. Cooling comes from seawater, river water and cold air year round. Excess heat goes into local district heating rather than out through the roof.

Hyperscalers and neoclouds take large blocks of capacity here, on contracts running 10 to 15 years. Both operating sites are fully occupied, and three more are under construction.
